Gardening can be seen as an act of self-love, trust and nurturing... and we'll be gardening in our painting and wellbeing sessions! ...from seeds to tender shoots and buds to blossoms.

Feel inspired and liberated in these 4 sessions, gently unfurling, stretching, throwing perfectionism to the winds! whilst learning about the process of intuitive painting - exploring in colour, line, shape, rhythm, form, texture... 

We ’ll be exploring the nature themes of planting, growing, flowering and blossoming, literal, symbolic and spiritual with intuitive painting, art exercises, meditation, wellbeing practices, poetry, music, movement & more...

To inspire wonder & surprise and to release self-judgement even a little more …and more… combining a heart-centred approach to painting which spills over into embracing life with gentleness, intuition, celebration and friendship – within and without.

A wonderful way to meet new friends, too - we'll be painting, sharing and exploring together via zoom so you will need some paper and pencils, paints, water... any art materials you like to use - cheapy ones are absolutely fine. Please do contact me if you'd like more information

• No art experience necessary - often, for intuitive painting, the less experience we have, the better!
• Also, perfect for introverts and HSPs! I completely understand how it can feel to be in a group, so there's no pressure at all to speak or contribute/show your paintings...but you might find that you feel at ease and would like to. All is fine :)
